keep moving onward and upward!
MY STORY
My goal is to bring light to dark places! No matter how dark your world may be with depression, anxiety, or a fear of the unknown, there is always a way to move forward and rise from rock bottom.
Many hide their past in fear that it will come back to haunt them, but I share my story hoping to help others. I wrote a personal essay six months into sobriety about the night of August 8, 2018. I take full responsibility for my actions and the night that changed my life... the night I took my last drink.
I am so grateful for a second chance. I am grateful to be sober. And I am grateful for the opportunity to help anyone suffering from addiction.

ABOUT ME
After graduating from Northwestern University, I worked as a morning show planner, then investigative producer, and finally a broadcast reporter in Phoenix. During that time, I won two-Emmys, a Murrow and a duPont.
When I got sober, I left news to focus on mental health and physical fitness. Today I am an avid CrossFitter, hiker, Swiftie and F1 fan.
Hope you have an auspicious day and thank you for visiting my site!
